Lots of Events in Southern Illinois this Weekend!!!

This weekend is full of really fun events. They include...

** Vulture Fest in Makanda, IL (Saturday Oct. 17th and Sunday Oct. 18th from about 10-6pm). There will be live music, beautiful handmade art and crafts, and also

Williamson County Pavillion in Marion, IL. There will be crafts and flea market and garage sale vending.

Sam's Parking Lot in Marion, IL. Look for lots of flea market and garage sale vending!!! Big Yard Sale & Flea Market (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Marion, IL - Rain date October 24 - For a nominal fee, rent the area of two parking spaces. Sell your crafts, extra inventory or clutter. 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Sam's CLub Parking Lot, 2709 Walton Way. Family & Community Org. $25.00; Businesses--$40.00.

Each year the SIUC Saluki Family Weekend celebration brings excitement to the Student Center. Hundreds of parents, students, and members of the Southern Illinois community take part in many campus events.

Carterville Pumpkin Path-Downtown Carterville is Spooktacular. Downtown businesses hand out free candy to children and decorate their storefronts as haunted houses. Grab the kids and take part in the Halloween parade and costume contests.
