Vendors must submit a photograph that represents their work. Photos may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional photos may be needed if there is a change in the craft sale items or at the request of the Craft Shop Coordinator. Vendors will be asked to remove items from their tables which do not fit these criteria.
All crafts will be prejudged for compliance to guidelines, quality, and excessive repetition by vendors
Limited space is available. Vendors may request locations, but final allocations of space will be determined by the Craft Shop Coordinator to preserve consistency, variety, and quality.
Large fixtures for vending areas may be brought in to location the night before the Holiday sale. Please contact the Craft Shop to make arrangements.
Set-up time is two hours before the start of the sale. No early set-ups will be allowed.
Vendors are responsible for collecting their profits. The Craft Shop is not responsible for any checks accepted.
No refunds will be given unless the sale is canceled by the Craft Shop.

Failure to comply with any of the above guidelines and regulations will result in a forfeiture of privileges to participate in the sale.
Premium and front row area will be reserved for vendors with 10 years of Holiday Sale.
Previous Craft Sales
Over the past 30 years, we have been very fortunate with the quality and professionalism of our vendors, and the over all turnout of the sales.
All craft sales will be held on the 1st floor of the Student Center in the Hall of Fame area, located at the south end of the building. Additional space will be available in the International Lounge, located on the 2nd floor of the Student Center, for the Holiday Craft Sale. Locations may be changed at the discretion of the Craft Shop.

To make campus parking more convenient during University operating hours, we encourage the use of free parking in Lot 56 south of the Arena. This will allow more customers easy access to the craft sales.
We will, however, continue to offer parking permits. Vendors using the permit must park in the lot directly across from the Student Center. You may pick up your permit upon arrival, on the day of the sale.
Please request a parking permit on the Craft Sale Application. The deadline for purchasing a parking permit is the Monday prior to the sale. Please make your check payable to SIUC in the amount of $4.00 per day, excluding Saturdays.
Overnight Security and Liability
Overnight security is provided for the Holiday Craft Sale only. All items must be removed each night for other sales.
Vendors exhibit their work at their own risk. The Student Center Craft Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
Many hotels and restaurants are located within a five mile radius of campus. Further information is available upon request.
