"Brooklyn, April 4th and 5th, 2009- Brooklyn Indie Market, the collective of fresh faces in fashion and product design, toddles back to its Carroll Gardens home to celebrate its third year with a Birthday Sale. Join the fun under the red and white striped tent at Smith and Union Streets in Carroll Gardens, Saturday 11-7 and Sunday 11-6.
Participating indie designers will help celebrate three years of neighborhood support with a 10% off sale on select items. "Brooklyn Indie Market started at the same time I was getting my business off the ground," said MaryAnne LoVerme of Wabisabi Brooklyn. " I owe much of the success I've had to the supportive community that frequents Brooklyn Indie Market, and to show my appreciation I'm offering a 10% off all my jewelry for opening weekend. Consider it a party favor."

Brooklyn Flea March This looks very cool!!! Mostly flea market goodies that are not hand made, but still very cool!!!
